Access Control System
An access system controls unauthorized entry from 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
An access card is necessary to enter the building during non-business hours. The initial supply of access control cards will be provided to the tenant at no cost. Additional access control cards are available by entering a work order on-line at www.shorenstein.com/angus. There is a $20 charge per access card.
Also, please remember to contact Building Management immediately if an access card is lost, stolen or when an employee leaves so the card can be promptly deactivated. Please enter a work order on-line at www.shorenstein.com/angus or contact the management office at 503 412 4859.
We suggest that you request an active access card report at least quarterly, to ensure that all your company access cards are up to date.
Property Removal
Anyone wishing to remove property from the building must contact the management office prior to the scheduled time for such removal. Please provide written notification stating the date the property is to be removed, parties involved (such as a moving company, and/or individual names), and deliver the notice to the management office well in advance of the intended date and time. It may be necessary for third party companies to provide evidence of insurance.
Theft
Report any suspected theft, no matter how small, to the Building Management Office immediately. You may also notify the Police Department; since it is possible that they may be investigating thefts in other office buildings and your report may help them complete their investigation more effectively. The building’s insurance policy does not cover the theft of Tenant’s personal belongings. Personal property insurance is the responsibility of each tenant.
If your credit cards or personal ID information is stolen, please contact your credit card company immediately. Thieves usually initiate charges on stolen credit cards within 15 minutes of the event!
Suspicious Persons
Please be aware of strangers in your tenant areas and halls. Quite often a question such as “May I help you locate someone?” will be enough to deter a potential thief. If you see suspicious or offensive persons in the building, please call the Building Management Office immediately. If possible, make note of appearance, clothing, etc. in order to assist building security in locating them.
Lost & Found
Please contact the Building Management Office to claim items that have been lost or found.
Keys
All Tenant, suite door lock replacements must be coordinated through the Building Management Office to ensure the proper keying to the Building Master Key System. Please place key and lock requests through the work order system.
Solicitation
The building does not permit solicitations. If someone is soliciting in your suite, please notify the Building Management Office and we will send appropriate personnel to escort him or her off the premises.
